Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Please read thoroughly before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date received. The buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise and any custom-made rings. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by Bang Diamonds. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. If allowed, your Bang Diamonds account will be credited with the determined amount.
Your invoice must be present when returning and exchanges at the store. The same Return Policy applies.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via FedEx Express. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.
Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx Express. The shipping rate is contiguous to 48 U.S. states priced at $39. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam may be subject to higher shipping fees.
We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please send us an email at email@example.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. All international orders are shipped via FedEx Expedited for a flat rate of $99. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. The international shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Bang Diamonds. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Bang Diamonds is not involved in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Terms of Service
Your satisfaction is our first concern so if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your internet purchase you can return any unused item without custom engraving or sizing in its original new condition within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special order items, which include rings sized smaller than 6 and larger than a size 7. Please note that the above return policy applies to Internet purchases only.
When we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in a matter of days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for receipt. Be sure to include all packaging and collateral material, including diamond certificates. A $250 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned. Ship your return item via the US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of your purchase. Please note that all prices listed are in US dollars. We accept payment with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We reserve the right to require a wire transfer of funds on any purchase over $5,000.00 or any purchase that requires shipment to an address other than the billing address of the credit card. We ship only to addresses within the United States. All credit card purchases are subject to approval. Please note that we do not accept trade-ins on any direct or indirect internet purchases.
ShippingMost items ship within 3 business days. Rings smaller than a size 6 and larger than a size 7 are considered special orders and usually ship within 7 to 14 business days. All items, except Design Your Own Engagement Ring (Bridal Ring Builder) engagement rings, are shipped via U.S. Registered Mail. There is no shipping charge for online purchases.
Engagement rings in the Design Your Own Engagement Ring section and our Design your Own Jewelry section(Jewelry Builder) are usually shipped within 10 business days (18 business days for 18K and Platinum). These items are shipped via Federal Express. Please note that we only ship to your credit card billing address within the United States. If you wish us to ship to another address we require a wire transfer. Contact customer service and they will assist you with this. We are only responsible for shipping your purchase, addressed to you, to the address specified by you. Your purchase is considered received by you when delivered to the address specified by you. We have no control over and bear no responsibility regarding who accepts the package (your purchase) at the address specified by you.
